Within our SAP team in Digital Core, we support core business processes like Finance, Order to Cash, and Master Data by delivering robust, scalable SAP solutions across our industrial operations. Role Summary

As an SAP Delivery Lead (Scrum Master), you'll guide a high-performing SAP team delivering solutions that support key business functions. You'll coordinate and coach team members, foster agile ways of working, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery. Your work will span projects, improvement initiatives, and ongoing support - all within a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

This is a leadership role where your influence will shape team culture, delivery outcomes, and how we continue to evolve our digital landscape. You'll work closely with other Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and IT colleagues to ensure we deliver value with speed and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader for your SAP team - motivating, supporting, and coaching members toward shared goals
• Facilitate agile team events such as daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and enable progress by collaborating closely with stakeholders from both business and IT
• Follow up on incidents, escalations, and task forces, ensuring awareness of business impact
• Support capacity and knowledge management and assist in the planning and estimation of work
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering the team to evolve their ways of working
• Coordinate across operational units and other IT groups to align delivery with broader Scania goals

You enjoy working with both tech and people and thrive when solving challenges collaboratively. We believe you'll succeed in this role if you bring:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or SAP Delivery Lead within a SAP-driven organization
• A solid understanding of SAP processes, ideally within Finance, Order to Cash, or Master Data
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/SAFe frameworks)
• Strong communication and coordination skills - you're confident in building relationships and driving alignment
• A solution-oriented approach and a curiosity to learn and adapt
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support projects at different sites
