Job Description:

You will be part of HVDC within Hitachi Energy in Ludvika. HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power through long distances at minimal loss, using overhead lines, lands and sea cable systems.

As RTE you will improve, develop and coach within our SAFe setup. You will be part of and work closely together with the stakeholders within the MACH R&D organization.

Your responsibilities
  • Coach stakeholders, leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
  • Facilitate the SAFe events (PI planning, preparations, demos, Inspect & Adapt etc.)
  • Drive improvements of our processes and ways-of-working within our SAFe setup.
  • Help manage risks and dependencies together with our teams.
  • Report to the management group of the department.

Your background
  • Experience in leading agile software development, preferably in a large scale environment.
  • Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PM/PO, PMI ACP, SAFe SA or SAFe SPC).
  • Advanced understanding of agile, lean, theory of constraints and DevOps.
  • You are a team player who is good at motivating others.
  • Strong communication skills in English, written and verbally.
  • Proficiency in Swedish is considered a plus
