Are you interested in coordinating and resolving IT-related regulatory issues? If so, we are now looking for a Regulatory Coordinator for the Equities Tribe within the EQ domain.
The position is a temporary replacement from April 2025 until August 2026 as our Regulatory Coordinator will be on parental leave.
What you will be doing
As a Regulatory Coordinator you will be the Equities Tribe's first point of contact for IT-related regulatory questions. To be compliant with the regulations is key to our success and this assignment is an important step in our long-term commitment to stay relevant. In your role as Regulatory Coordinator you will interact with Product Owners, Report Owners, Trade Reporting Unit, Scrum Master as well as the Development team and Operations. Your role will be to support the different teams within the Tribe to resolve, coordinate end-to-end testing, deployment and re-submissions for regulatory issues as well as provide status and progress to Tribe Management and stakeholders. You will also actively participate in and contribute to the Regulatory Coordination community.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you need to be driven, structured, have good communication skills and a willingness to build strong relationships and a collaborative atmosphere. We think you have knowledge in working with Jira and SAFe or other agile ways of working. Experience within regulatory is considered an advantage, but not required. It would also be meriting if you have experience from, or a strong interest in Financial Markets. As a person, we believe that you are curious and appreciate the constant exchange of knowledge and have a willingness to constantly improve, develop and learn new things.
