Job Description
We are looking for a QA Tester to be part of our test team in POS (Point of Sales) platform area. In this role, you will play an important part in providing our store staff and customers with great checkout experience regardless of which touchpoint they are using.

Storelens
Within the Storelens team we work very closely with Portfolio Brands and H&M Brand and together design and provide technical solutions. We are curious, active listeners and doers. We contribute to product development from setting requirements to roll-out and testing. We improve While we listen and start development, already during the phase of setting the requirements, and based on first designs, developments and learnings we together improve the product along the way!

Responsibilities:

As a QA Tester some of your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive testing on our POS solution, including various payment solutions.
• Identify, document, and report bugs.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve identified issues and ensure timely fixes.
• Test our POS solution for compliance in cooperation with fiscal and compliance experts.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
• Coordinating both user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing with different functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results and processes.
• Develop ways and processes to improve test automatization.

Qualifications
We expect you to have the following skills

• Proven experience in software testing, preferably with POS systems.
• Experience in testing payment solutions
• Experience with modern tools and processes for testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, very self-driven
• Experience from working with agile frameworks as Scrum and Kanban

Good to have:

• Experience with Azure Devops.
• Experience in testing payment terminals and also ecommerce payment flows.
• Experience working with fiscal and legal regulations related to POS systems in various countries.
