Join us as a Task Force Lead and take charge of critical mitigation actions and investigations for our global HVDC projects. Your role involves managing unforeseen incidents with high financial impact, often stemming from quality issues. You'll work closely with stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to swiftly address these challenges. This role requires strong project management skills, involving high-level stakeholder management and an understating of quality methodologies to ensure the real root cause is found and managed.

Your responsibilities
  • You will be instrumental in precisely defining the problem and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Establish a comprehensive project plan including time plan, stakeholder management and communication plan to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Form and lead a high-performing team, while defining a clear RACI (Responsibility, Accountability, Inform, Consult) matrices to streamline workflows.
  • Take the lead in various aspects of investigations, including assessing the impact on ongoing projects and the installed base.
  • Ensuring that thorough failure analyses to pinpoint root causes, planning and executing correction actions, managing material supply and production, conducting risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions are conducted.
  • Actively participate in customer meetings and commercial discussions, preparing your team for these interactions. Your insights will be crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Chair, prepare, and lead management follow-up meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.


Your background
  • You bring a wealth of expertise in complex project management, with a track record of successfully navigating senior management and customer interactions.
  • You hold a university degree, preferably within a technical area.
  • Your understanding of quality management serves as an asset, and your leadership style is characterized by structure, openness, and effective communication.
  • Your commercial acumen sets you apart, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a global business landscape.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, given your role within a company that operates worldwide.
  • Possessing certifications such as PMI or Six Sigma would be a valuable testament to your commitment to excellence in project management.
