In the position as a project leader you will handle projects within field quality. You will lead a problem solving team to understand the deviation, find the root cause, develop a solution and implement it. Together with the team you will ensure on-time delivery with the right quality according to the time plan.
The projects will be both embedded software and hardware related for e-Mobility and conventional powertrains. We are now facing many exciting new launches in the electrified and conventional powertrains and since one of my project leader is moving on to a new exciting position within Scania, I´m looking for a new project leader to my team.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to have a couple of years of experience as project leader, or a couple of years of experience within powertrain R&D and/or embedded software development.
We believe that you have strong communications skills and you have the ability to have a holistic perspective with attention to details. You are a structured person with capacity to handle stressful situations and guide the team towards the goal. Your ability to adapt to change and handle uncertainty with resilience helps you to excel in this role.
Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Swedish is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in software development, product development, production, or purchasing.
