We are looking for an experienced communication specialist for a 6-month position based at our clients office in Stockholm. The role involves supporting internal communication projects and change management, as well as handling administrative and coordinating tasks for the Brand, PR, and Communications functions.

About the Position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our confidential client.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide communication support for key projects: planning, timelines, materials, and follow-up.
• Support leaders in change communication and coaching.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure international alignment and build trust.
• Create high-quality communication materials for different audiences and purposes.
• Plan and execute administrative tasks related to the communications function.

Education, Experience, and Personal Characteristics
We are looking for a team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to handle shifting priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in change management.
• Strong skills in project management and working in complex, international environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for storytelling.
