An exciting opportunity has arisen for Product Development Specialist to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

Reporting to Marketing Manager, you will drive innovation and/or product development in specified categories, by following defined process.

This is what you will do

• Coordinate the process for new products developments in line with Category plan and/or approved customer briefs and in close cooperation with the others departments;
• Participate in innovation / product development project plan, in collaboration with Commercial department;
• Work in cross-functional teams, to coordinate in full the process of product development and move towards launch to market. Ensure necessary documentation is filled in entirely, accurately and in time;
• Work with Commercial and Operations teams to evaluate the commercial opportunity and the viability for manufacturing and distribution of new products;
• Track and evaluate the performance of the products after launch and identify key learning points for feedback into future innovation initiatives.

Kvalifikationer
This is what you need to succeed:

• University Degree
• At least 3 years previous experience in product development processes within a FMCG company, preferably food industry
• Excellent project management skills
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
