Own, influence and implement the design of on-brand, customer-centric experiences in Braive on all platforms (Web, iOS and Android). Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, psychologists, a product manager and content curators to make the most informed design decisions. Partner with our product manager during product discovery phases, understanding customers, defining problems and goals, mapping user flows and lean prototyping.

Your Objectives

• Own, influence and implement the design of on-brand, customer-centric experiences in Braive on all platforms (Web, iOS and Android).
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, psychologists, a product manager and content curators to make the most informed design decisions.
• Partner with our product manager during product discovery phases, understanding customers, defining problems and goals, mapping user flows and lean prototyping.
• Support engineering in the implementation of new product features through design specifications and other materials.
  
  

Your Profile

• You have 3-7 years of professional working experience in UX and UI design for both web and mobile.
• You are confident in UX skills including wire-framing, blueprinting, user flows etc.
• You are experienced in delivering high quality functional, visual & interactive design solutions.
• You have a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback to adapt your design decisions.
• You are a team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• You have an ability to embed core brand values and principles throughout product experiences and interactions.
• Front-end experience is a bonus!
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
