Are you + Bannerflow = true?As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in turning product innovation into intuitive user experiences that address customer pain points while aligning with our business objectives. With the freedom to shape the experience for some of the world's most renowned brands, you'll contribute to accelerating their online marketing success. In this role, you will:
Drive design direction by ensuring users are at the core of every decision, leveraging user research and data insights to prioritize needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Deeply understand our business model, ensuring design decisions align with and enhance broader objectives.
Work closely with tech, product, and other stakeholders to solve complex UX and UI challenges. Support implementation by providing developers with clear, detailed design specifications to ensure a seamless translation of your vision into the final product.
Share your vision through high-quality concepts and prototypes, knowing when to focus on pixel-perfect details and when low-fidelity sketches are sufficient.
Feature optimization and establish routines for tracking and refining implemented solutions.

So, what are we looking for?
4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, balancing user needs with business goals and hands-on experience in user research.
You feel comfortable using your toolbox of design methodologies, have an interest in industry trends and best practices to enhance our products and processes.
Excellent communication skills, both in presenting ideas and giving/receiving feedback.
You have a problem-solving and commercial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs.
It's a bonus if you have experience designing products for B2B/SaaS, or even more relevant, within the digital advertising landscape.
