Responsibility:

• Develop Target & Strategy
• Define & Track Roadmap
• Manage Stakeholders
• Perform Business Analysis
• Define Ways of Working
• Define needed Tool Capability
• Prioritize Implementation Order
• Continuous alignment with Digital
• Implement Ways of Working
• Perform Methods info & Training

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading Process development
• User problem solving experience
• Both Project management and Agile mindset ways of project execution
• Very good skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, and Process Solution Design
• Fluent in English with strong communication/presentation skills
• Creative, innovative, and proactive team player
