HR is responsible for staffing the frontline with specialists in wide-ranging fields, and for making them feel at home in a fast-moving operation. We are in charge of creating a great employee experience and to provide the business with world-class HR Support.

Job description:

• Support our global HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Document, update and maintain employee data in relevant systems
• Support projects together with the HR team within onboarding, payroll administration, internships, people strategy and more.

Requirements:

• Currently studying within relevant academic field at University
• Plan to graduate university between January 2026 and June 2026
• Interest in working in a fast-paced and international environment
• Open to work flexible working hours to support our global team
• Written and verbal fluency in English & Swedish.

This position is a part-time role, averaging approximately 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule. The position is based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continuously.
