Job description
Are you a cybersecurity expert ready to work with advanced OT systems in a strategic and high-responsibility role? We are seeking a Senior OT SOC Analyst to be a key player in safeguarding our operations from cyber threats.
Responsibilities
As a Senior OT SOC Analyst, you will handle threats, investigate incidents, and develop solutions within our Operational Technology Security Operations Centre (OT SOC). You'll work with leading technologies and contribute to the development of security strategies for OT systems like SCADA and PLC.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage escalated OT security incidents, including creating recommendations and action plans
Develop and update tools and techniques to improve detection and incident handling
Implement and maintain detection rules while supporting the onboarding of new log sources
Prepare detailed technical reports outlining incidents and response actions
Collaborate with implementation teams and contribute to training and mentoring initiatives
This role includes business trips - usually 1 per month

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity (3-4 years will be considered)
A degree in engineering, computer science, energy, or a related field
Hands-on experience in OT device data analysis and incident response
Knowledge of OT/ICS systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC) and security concepts like network segmentation and monitoring
Experience with SIEM/SOAR tools and onboarding systems into OT SOC environments
Fluency in Swedish and English in both written and spoken
Highly Valued Skills
Experience building SOC teams from the ground up
Familiarity with legacy technical systems
Background in the energy or manufacturing industries
