Oracle HCM Lead for the Nordic Region

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience leading Oracle HCM projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a successful track record of implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving successful project outcomes.
• Strong client management skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant Oracle HCM certifications will be a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Understanding of the business landscape and cultural nuances in the Nordic region is a plus.
