Your opportunity:

This is a new role at Boliden, and you will have the op portunity to d riv e efficiency, process optimization, and continuous improvement . You will focus on IT service delivery, i.e. optimizing workflows, reducing downtime, and ensuring alignment with business objectives

And i mplementing best practices to improve overall IT performance

What you will do:

• Identify and implement process improvements .

• Define and track IT Operational KPI's to track progress against targets and communicate results

• Drive the design and implementation of processes aligned with organizational priorities.

• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of services & processes.

• Work closely with leaders to identify opportunities for process enhancements.

• Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes

• Facilitate change management in leading and supporting operational initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies and operational standards ( i.e. Adherence to BICS framework)

• Facilitate the implementation and adoption of processes in line with agreed Boliden IT principles and best practices

• Lead the identification, implementation and adoption of continuous improvements, to adapt to a changing environment, with focus on elimination of waste and strengthening operations

• Work together with other operational excellence managers to co-own the creation and adoption of common principles and good practices used in everyday work

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management or process improvement roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication /rhetorical skills

• Passion for learning and researching

• It is a merit if you have worked with Lean.
