Lead C# Developer to the Pricing & Billing Team | SEB, Solna

About the Role: As a Lead Developer in the Pricing & Billing team at SEB, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of our centralized billing systems. Our solution calculates 600 different charges and distributes millions of invoices to hundreds of thousands of SEB customers. Our core is a bought billing system, integrated with 30 plus SEB systems via a steadily growing set of in-house developed applications, where no code is older than three years. You will lead a team of talented developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets the needs of our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will participate in development and code.
• Work with our core tech stack: C#, PostgreSQL, OpenShift, GitHub actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
• Conduct investigations into technical, architectural, and methodological directions, and participate in hands-on development.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills and a passion for leadership and communication. The ideal candidate will have:

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new things, actively seek solutions and finds enjoyment in speaking with domain experts in both IT and business.
• Good communication and pedagogical skills, with the ability to present and discuss technical topics effectively.
• Proven experience in C# development and SOLID principles.
• Working experience with agile development practices and CI/CD.
• Enjoy analyzing, presenting, and discussing technical topics.
• Fluency in English.

The position is located in our office in Solna, where we work 3 days at the office and two days from home.
