A snapshot of your role will involve;
- Champion the development and deployment of the Lantmännen Unibake Health and Safety roadmap.
- Collaborate with site leaders to implement best practices to elevate health and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and work with teams to identify hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Identify training needs and enhance staff awareness through effective health and safety programs.
- Stay ahead of health and safety legislation, guiding the company to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Analyze health and safety incidents, identifying trends and recommending proactive measures to prevent recurrences.
Kvalifikationer
This is what you need to succeed:
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior health and safety role, ideally within the manufacturing or food industry.
- A diploma or higher qualification in Health and Safety or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop clear plans aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
