Head of Operati o nal Excellence

As Head of Operational Excellence, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and developing our IT operating model . This includes driving best practices, optimizing processes, enhancing service delivery and ensuring alignment with business goals . You will report directly to Group CIO and work closely with IT leadership, cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous impro vement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the IT Operational Excellence strategy and roadmap .

• Define and track KPI's and benchmarks to measure operational effectiveness and drive accountability.

• Drive the design and implementation of IT processes aligned with organizational priorities.

• Work together with other operational excellence specialists to drive adoption of the IT Operating Model, common principles and good practices used in everyday work .

• Support risk management, compliance and audit activities.

• Work closely with leaders to identify opportunities for process enhancements .

• Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes .

• Facilitate change management in leading and supporting operational initiatives .

• Coach and facilitate teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10 + years of experience in IT operations, IT service management or process improvement roles.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL , Lean or similar frameworks

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills

• Ability to lead a variety of cross-functional team members

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

• Experience in project management

• English language both written and verbal. Swedish and Finish are a merit.
