• 8+ Years' experience working with functional safety
• In all his professional career he has just worked on propulsion systems
• Experience with applying functional safety to automotive drivetrain or propulsion systems
• Very strong experience with using ISO26262
• Lead experience
• Strong knowledge using MATLAB/Simulink, very confident in these software tools
• Experience Defining the safety architecture and the safety mechanisms to fulfill the Safety Goals, FSR and TSR input requirements
• Leading functional development activities for Hybrid control unit, Vehicle control unit, Battery Management Systems in MATLAB/Simulink
