About Us: Boliden IT is in the midst of an exciting transformation journey where we are improving our operational model to better support the business with innovative and relevant digital services. We are now looking for a Workplace specialist who together with our service manager will deliver one of our key services to end users . The Workplace service aims at provid ing a standardized, cost effective, managed platform for personal devices .

Your Responsibilities: As a Workplace Specialist, you will:

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of our workplace services.

• Work with device management , device policies and procedures.

• Provide technical support for the service .

• Technical Configuration av SCCM

• Plan packaging of applications

• Interact with suppliers in the area

A lot is happening with us, and we are constantly modernizing our IT landscape. Travel may be required as we have operations in several locations. The position is based in Boliden or at one of our other sites.

Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a candidate who has:

• Strong knowledge in most of the following areas:

• SCCM, Intune

• GPO management

• Active Directory

• Windows

• Microsoft Defender

• Azure

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Deep understanding of I T security.

• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Swedish and/or Finnish is a plus.
