In Digital Supplier Performance Management within Group Digital, we lead & steer performance for optimal outcomes and value from all supplier investments across operational, tactical, and strategic layers. Our mission is to secure optimisation & standardisation of services and processes when connecting to an external ecosystem of digital suppliers. We now are looking for leaders to shape the future of the area and to achieve our objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
As a Digital Supplier Performance Leader, your role is to lead and guide supplier performance for assigned strategic supplier(s) and/or domains. You'll optimize outcomes and value from supplier investments for the assigned scope.
You will have:
• Formal qualification in Business Management, Computer Science or Finance.
• 7 years of related experience in sourcing digital services, management, consulting, or advisory roles.
• 5 years of managerial experience preferred in management team for digital capabilities on a strategic level setting and implementing long-term priorities.
• Proven record of being a trusted leader in a wide variety of business areas by key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include:
• Lead outcome-driven collaboration with assigned supplier(s) and/or domains/areas.
• Participate in delivery management reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct service reviews with assigned supplier(s).
• Collaborate with group procurement to determine service level defaults, credits, and earn-backs.
• Participate in multi-provider management function and provide support to identify and resolve issues in accordance with the governance escalation procedures.
• Monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide support to identify and resolve issues.
• Contribute insights, intelligence, and recommendations to sourcing strategies.
• Align with overall digital strategy.
