As a member of the Fortum Mobility team, you will take part in developing Charge & Drive marketing and new mobility services in the Nordics. We are currently looking for someone who can drive marketing communications and create experiences that our customers love.

About the role
As a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist for Fortum Mobility in the Nordics, you will play an important role in shaping Fortum's brand presence and customer experience in the rapidly evolving EV market.Your main responsibilities include driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital platforms for both B2C and B2B customers. You will develop and execute digital marketing and customer communication strategies across multiple markets and languages, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Working closely with internal teams, agencies, and global stakeholders, you will deliver cohesive and effective marketing initiatives while optimizing communication efforts through data-driven insights.

In your role you will:

• Develop and execute marketing, content, and communication plans aligned with global and local priorities.
• Create and manage multi-channel content and customer communication (articles, marketing automation, advertisement, multi-media) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through marketing campaigns, SEO/ASO strategies, and performance optimization.
• Analyse marketing performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Utilize digital tools (CRM, performance analytics) to personalize communication and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and global stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and localization.

About you
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and multi-channel communication, with a track record of driving engagement and business growth.
• Proficiency in performance analytics, digital marketing and content management tools, and marketing automation, enabling data-driven execution.
• Experience managing localized content across different markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• A relevant academic degree and at least three years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple markets and languages.
• Native-level fluency in Swedish or Norwegian, with strong English proficiency.
• Experience in the mobility industry is an advantage.
