Demand Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Plannerto join our team. This role is crucial in driving demand planning accuracy and facilitating Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Review processes. Additionally, the Senior Demand Planner will be responsible for ensuring mass balance accuracy in sustainability reports, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning & Forecasting:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing market trends, historical sales data, and business insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure forecasts reflect market realities and strategic business objectives.
• Utilize statistical models and demand planning tools to improve forecast accuracy and demand signal clarity.
• Monitor and adjust demand plans based on changing business conditions and external factors.

IBP Demand Review Facilitation:

• Lead and facilitate the IBP Demand Review process, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate and drive discussions with key business functions, ensuring all demand-related insights are incorporated.
• Provide structured reports and insights to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making in IBP meetings.
• Ensure continuous improvement in IBP processes and methodologies, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.

Sustainability & Mass Balance Reporting:

• Oversee mass balance calculations for sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with sustainability teams to track and report on key environmental and resource utilization metrics.
• Provide accurate data for internal and external sustainability disclosures, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Support the development of sustainability initiatives by integrating demand planning insights with sustainability objectives.

Kvalifikationer
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of IBP processes and experience in facilitating cross-functional demand review meetings.
• Experience with sustainability reporting, mass balance methodologies, and resource utilization tracking is a plus
• Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, SO99, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English language
