In a graduate position as customer support engineer you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our Genomics solutions (Tape station, Fragment analyzers, Bravo, Bio Analyzer...).

- Technical Support: Repair, installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of Genomics solutions.

- Feedback: Provide insights to product specialists and vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: University degree in a life science-related field.
- Languages: Proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Other: Valid driving license.
