Our two Stockholm-based teams, Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Growth, are looking for full-time Analysts starting in August 2025 or January 2026.

Corporate Finance

Corporate Finance, as part of SEB Investment Banking, is a market leader in advisory services for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions such as stock market listings and capital raisings. Our clients consist mainly of Nordic large corporates, financial sponsors and international companies with an interest in M&A and ECM in Northern Europe.

Corporate Finance Growth

Corporate Finance Growth is a full-service M&A, capital raising, and ECM team within SEB Investment Banking, advising private and public growth companies regarding strategic transactions. Our team supports the companies of tomorrow, as well as Nordic large corporates and international investors with an agenda to invest into the Northern European growth landscape.

About the job

SEB Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Growth offer full-time positions to recent university graduates or candidates with previous professional experience to play an active and important role in our teams. Work tasks vary greatly and include, for example, valuation analysis and modelling, market research, preparation of presentation materials and actively participating in team discussions and client meetings. You will have the opportunity to work across several different industries, with different types of transactions and in different phases of companies' growth journeys. We offer you a steep learning curve in an international and supporting work environment.

Who are you?

To be successful in your employment with us, you need to have sharp analytical skills, be a fast learner as well as being dedicated and ambitious. You have a service-minded attitude, a proactive approach, attention to detail, high integrity, and take responsibility for your tasks. In addition to the above-mentioned personal characteristics, you should ideally have completed a relevant internship or have relevant work experience prior to submitting your application.
