Here's what you will do

As Communications Specialist, you will work with corporate, executive and financial communication in both a strategic and operative capacity.

In this role, you will transform corporate and financial data into clear and engaging content, ensuring that key insights are effectively communicated to different stakeholders. Collaborating closely with different stakeholders, you will compile business results and summarize financial performance, identifying key trends and business drivers for our interim reports, year-end report and annual report. With a focus on accuracy, you will refine the financial messaging based on Lantmännen's overall development and strategically important areas, as well as continuously seek to improve the financial communication. You will also continuously work with various communication projects outside the financial area; for example M&A processes, contacts with stakeholders in the industry and politics, and communication with Lantmännen's members. That work includes acting as a contributing editor for our digital platforms, and often involves creating accurate and engaging presentations for use by Lantmännen's senior executives at larger meetings - both internal and external.

A significant part of your role will involve designing and publishing material across various channels, working with text, graphs, and visual elements in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as content management systems such as SharePoint and Optimizely (EPiServer).

The position is located within the department of Group Communication & Marketing.. You will report to the Senior Vice President & Head of Communications & Marketing. The position is located at our head office in Stockholm.
Kvalifikationer
You have:
  • Solid experience in financial communication, with the ability to produce high-quality financial texts.
  • Strong skills in Excel, including analyzing data, creating graphs, and identifying potential discrepancies.
  • Extensive experience in developing PowerPoint presentations, also including financial data.
  • The ability to understand and summarize business performance and identify influencing factors.
  • Strong language skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • The ability to translate financial figures into meaningful narratives and strategic insights.
  • A strong ability to verify data accuracy and collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure high-quality financial communication.
