We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team in the Underground division at Epiroc in Örebro.

This is a 10-week summer job (estimated calendar weeks 22-32) where you'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment that values innovation, commitment, and teamwork.

Your Mission
As a Commercial Specialist, you'll play an important role in the order-to-delivery process-ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant deliveries to Epiroc's customers.

Your tasks will include transport planning, export documentation and other commercial documents, giving advise on freight costs and Incoterms, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You'll help keep everything on track while ensuring all international trade regulations are met.

Your Profile
You're curious about logistics and international trade, with a service-minded attitude and a collaborative spirit.

Experience or studies in freight forwarding, supply chain, or industrial economics is a plus.

You're comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English and enjoy working in systems like MRP or ERP tools.

Location and travel
Location of the role is in Örebro, Sweden.
