Job Title- Commercial Head CGM Sweden
Position Overview- The Commercial Head CGM, SE is responsible for Eversense top line growth and the revenue target achievement. Furthermore for focused account management, providing leadership to Clinical Trainers CGM, Marketing/Coordinator and potential other roles directly reporting into the Commercial Head CGM position. The job incumbent works in close partnership with the SE Country Managing Director.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver topline sales, core growth in accordance with set goals and KPIs. Control and manage P&I spending for the local Eversense business
- Develop and implement Eversense specific market commercial strategies, plans, forecasts, and Profit/Loss statements in line with corporate growth and profit goals
- Steer Sales Force activities to drive the Eversense business, ensure active user base growth, as well as patient retention
- Ensure profitability objectives and long-term market growth for ADC CGM products and services, in close partnership with ADC Country Managing Director and the CGM EU Commercial Lead
- Communicate sales targets by region/territory. Monitor progress towards established objectives and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Control sales related expenses/budgets on a regular basis and as needed
- Secure and manage market access and reimbursement for Eversense. Interact with purchasers, tender committees and decision makers within the country/country regions as needed. Keep and build the Eversense market potential
- Steer the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the short- and long-term growth of the Eversense business and secure HCP/KOL support. Support the creation of marketing materials or initiatives as needed
- Steer CTCs activities, expand the inserter infrastructure as required. This may include the identification of new or future cooperation partners. Ensure timely and effective certifications, as well as re-certifications
- Ensure an active and effective KOL management
- Develop and assure proper allocation of company resources to support Eversense strategies and plans in line with revenue and profit projections
- Initiate, support or participate in training events, congresses or other events as required
- Actively participate in regional or global projects or initiatives
- Support the various CGM BU functions as needed, including recurring and spontaneous reporting requirements
Main Work Relations
Internal interfaces: CGM BU, Europe CGM Commercial Teams, BGM shared resources, Swedish Country Head, International Operations, Finance
External interfaces: Senseonics, Vendors, KOLs, HCPs, Patient and/or Industry Associations, others
What is needed for success:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in pharma or med-tech industry, preferably within the field of diabetes.
- Proven experience with tenders and influencing/lobbying.
- The job holder must be analytical and have a strategic mind-set capable of long-term planning.
- Good presentational skills and fluent in oral and written Swedish and English.
- University or college degree in health care related subjects and/or business administration.
