The TRATON Charging Solutions AB office in Stockholm consists of experienced colleagues with diverse backgrounds and nationalities from the financial sector, eMobility, and the digital service business. We work cross-functionally and across the TRATON Group brands like Scania, MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, building the largest public roaming network for commercial transport. Role Summary

As a CFO at TRATON Charging Solutions AB, you will play a key role in leading financial operations and ensuring strategic alignment within the organization. You will be responsible for financial planning, compliance, and reporting, working closely with senior management and stakeholders across our brands.

Job Responsibilities

• Leadership & Accountability - Present financial updates to the TRATON Group finance and treasury departments, to the Board, and the TRATON Group eMSP Committee, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment. Take full accountability for the finance team, budget, and overall delivery.
• Financial Planning & Compliance - Oversee liquidity planning, ensuring financing costs are minimized. Work in coordination with AE to secure fully compliant invoicing operations. Support external audits and ensure tax and legal compliance in new markets.
• Strategic Coordination & Automation - Drive automation within TCS financial and compliance processes. Coordinate financial aspects of TCS between MAN, Scania, and TRATON. Develop interfaces and dashboards to provide leadership with relevant financial insights.
• Foreign Exchange & Risk Management - Serve as an ECMS representative, overseeing foreign exchange risk management to maintain financial stability.
