On behalf of one of Sweden's leading consulting providers focused on life sciences clients, we are recruiting a CEO.

Taking on the role as the CEO is a very exciting opportunity to structure the business and increase its efficiency. As the CEO, you will be leading the management team constituting of directors from several key areas. You have the chance to work in an international environment and contribute to the company's general growth and aspiration to become a market leader.

Qualification Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CEO or General Manager in the life sciences industry.

• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the life sciences industry.

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and deliver measurable business growth.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Fluency in English; Swedish proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy to enhance market position and drive sustainable growth.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, robust financial performance, and the delivery of exceptional client services.

• Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing organizational culture by inspiring and developing a skilled, motivated, and collaborative team.

• Business Development: Strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to expand the business.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in interactions with clients, regulatory bodies, industry stakeholders, and the board of directors.

• Innovation: Drive the development of innovative compliance solutions and services, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.

• Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices in corporate governance.
