We are looking for Business IT Analyst for a global company in Södertälje (Stockholm).
Assignment:
Looking for a Business IT Analyst to join the team working with Access Management in the CAD/vPDM system.
The information in the system should be accessible for different user categories in different countries according to pre-defined conditions such as demands from information owners in the line organization, the information security organization, legal demands, as well as Export control regulations.
The assignment involves understanding the users and their needs, as well as the access regulations, documenting and describing the requirements to the rest of the team, and finding suitable solutions together. It also includes testing, preparing education material, and user instructions.
The role is part of a cross-functional team, including a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, and System Architects. Collaboration will involve users/stakeholders in the global organization, system suppliers, the team, and other value creation teams. Work is planned in an agile manner in ten-week periods.
The role also includes acting as Scrum Master and, during the Product Owner's parental leave, stepping in as the Product Owner.

Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, IT or Business.
Language:
Swedish (fluent) and English (fluent)
Meriting:
Experience from access management and IT security work from a big global company
Knowledge about Export control
Knowledge about CATIA v5/3DX or similar
Experience from Catia/Enovia system/method development
Experience of Business (IT) Analyst role and Scrum master role
Agile way of working
Good communication skills
