Entrepreneurs Without Borders (EWB) is a Swedish foundation that helps impact founders, primarily female founders, scale and grow through a proprietary franchise model. Simply put, we help the startup become a franchise operation and through that spread the good, impactful idea much faster, help other entrepreneurs start something good that already works and also lower the risk for investors. A Kinder Egg of positive impact!

To support this we will now start start establishing a pan-European network of Impact Chapters, groups of like-minded people who come together on a bi-weekly basis meet, discuss and promote this cause of helping female founders of impact businesses scale and grow.

The groups will be a way for us to manifest the support that is actually out there, to source both ideas and entrepreneurs on order for us to help them spread and to enable this we are now looking for YOU to run this.

Initially it is a volunteer position and the time needed is the meetings themselves which usually happen at lunchtime or breakfast, and then the additional time spent planning, networking and following up.

Together with the core team you will be part of designing the meetings and also working with us to create a viable business opportunity, the idea being that this network should become self sufficient in a near future, both through paid memberships but also through donations and corporate support.

This means that this position could very soon evolve into a paid job, so if you are prepared to put in the work we are convinced this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

• Organize and Lead Biweekly Meetings: Host engaging lunchtime gatherings in Stockholm to discuss impact initiatives and drive our goals forward.
• Build a European Support Network: Proactively connect with individuals and organizations passionate about our cause, growing a strong and vibrant network across the continent.
• Develop Commercial Opportunities: Collaborate with our team to explore and implement strategies for transitioning this initiative into a sustainable, commercial part of EWB.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Location: Based in or near Stockholm, with the ability to host and attend biweekly meetings in person.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a knack for networking and building relationships.
• Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on collaboration and is excited about making a tangible difference.
• Experience: Background in community building, project management, or similar roles is a plus.
